At Hello Circus, we aim to provide a smooth process from the moment you place your order to when your wallpaper arrives and is installed. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know:
Order Processing Schedule
Orders are made to order & will be dispatched within 10 - 15 business days. Shipping duration varies depending on location as follows:

Shipping to Singapore: 3 - 5 business days via Ninjavan.

International Shipping: 5 - 7 business days via DHL Express. Cost excludes import taxes which depend on your country.
Note: Production and delivery timelines may be extended due to public holidays. All shipping timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies.
Installation Services
We offer professional installation services in Singapore only. Here’s how it works:

Partner Installers: We collaborate with experienced installers to ensure a seamless process.

Scheduling: Once your wallpaper arrives, you can schedule an installation at your convenience.

Cost & Warranty: Additional charges apply for installation services. Each installation comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Important:
Please retain your invoice and provide it in case you require workmanship repairs within the warranty period.
Our Wallpaper Adhesive
Made in England, the adhesive we use are non-hazardous, non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-staining—specially formulated for all types of wallcoverings. Complies with Singapore Green Label Regulation EC No. 1907/2006, CLP EUROPEAN EC No. 1272/2008 and BS 3046:1981 standards.
