MONTHLY CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING

As we manufacture our wallpapers in Europe, please note that we consolidate orders on the last day of every month to minimize shipping costs for you. As such, all custom-made wallpapers will take approximately 15 working days (from 30th/31st of each month) to be delivered to your home in Singapore unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

When the wallpapers arrive in our warehouse in Singapore, we will arrange for a last mile courier service to send the wallpapers directly to your home or business in your country.

DHL Express for Overseas delivery
Delivery time: 5-7 working days depending on where you live.

Ninjavan / J&T Express for Singapore delivery
Delivery time: 2-3working days islandwide

Subject to any delays in shipping companies.
The cost excludes import taxes which depend on your country.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS
We offer installation at selected countries and state currently. We partner with professional installers for the installation of your wall. After the arrival of the wallpaper at your house, you can schedule an installation with our partner installers at your convenience. Each wall will have a workmanship warranty of 1 year. Please keep your invoice and provide us details of your invoice in the event that you require workmanship repairs.
